The other payment method is deceptive advertising of a very low price, such as a ‘$595 DUI Attorney Special’. In reality, you will end up paying MUCH more, and often for subpar service and results.
Ever heard the statement, “If it’s too good to be true, then it probably is”? This is very likely one of those times. I highly recommend that you are extremely cautious of these “low price’ gimmicks. Many firms deceptively advertise low fees as a ploy to get in you in the door, but don’t be fooled–there are a host of hidden fees and “extra services” that you will ultimately need to pay for.
What these “low price specials” do not tell you is that you will be charged every time the attorney has to provide a basic function of the DUI process. This means you are no longer in control of your attorney’s fees, and they can charge you for every procedure in the DUI hearing process.
